Pal Alto, CA (PRWEB) July 29, 2009 -- Calling all sirens and singers, Snip-its Haircuts for Kids in Palo Alto has launched Karaoke Madness, a crazy song filled program for children's entertainment and parties. Mixing costumes, a selection of 60+ age appropriate songs and delicious Coldstone Creamery cupcakes, Karaoke Madness will be a pop star hit among kids and their friends starting July 29 on Mondays and Wednesdays.
"Children are always humming a tune or singing to our videos in our salon," said Snip-its franchisee owner, Daniel Liberman. "Our new Karaoke Madness taps into American Idol's popularity and expands our salon programs for boys and girls. For families, it brings some magic and fun during these down times. "
Karaoke Madness programs are held twice a week for 90 minutes at Snip-its Haircuts for Kids at Town & Country Village, 855 El Camino Real in Palo Alto (between Day One and Honeys and Heroes). Held in a Snip-its party room with a dance floor and overseen by a Snip-its Karaoke Queen and a Fun Expert, each program hosts 10 to 15 children and is accompanied by a karaoke machine and includes a musician's wardrobe of hats, sunglasses, capes and feather boas. Cold stone Creamery cupcakes and water or natural juices are served, plus each child receives a prize. Haircuts are not included in the Karaoke Madness Programs.
Two Karaoke Madness Programs Are Available:

- Future Idols: Ages 7+ (maximum 15 children), Wednesdays only 4 - 5:30 pm.
