Whether having served in the armed forces or not, the hunting and camping gear I offer is for everyone
Fargo, ND (PRWEB) July 29, 2009
"I joined the service in 1960 and served in the army for 30 years," said Bob Stewart. "It was one of the best decisions of my life, and after I retired, I started working for Veterans Affairs because I wanted to continue to be involved."
Even though now retired from the VA, Stewart continues to keep involved with veterans and veteran issues through participating in various service organizations.
In May 2009, Stewart launched http://www.GIHuntAndCampGear.com with active and inactive military, veterans and supporters of men and women in uniform in mind. The new website offers a broad selection of products for hunting and camping, including rifle scopes, hunting apparel and camping tents.
"The products I offer are designed to meet the needs of service men and women, and I think my website is unique because I take those needs into consideration," said Stewart.
With a wealth of knowledge pertaining to hunting and camping gear, Stewart asserts he is committed to providing the best gear for recreational use, as well as gear for active soldiers. "The gear I provide can be used for recreation, but most of it can also serve as useful tools for a soldier in the field, like the flashlights and tactical knives."
With the addition of a new blog at http://www.GIHuntAndCampGearInfo.com, Stewart hopes to open up a medium for discussion about his products, and talk about how individual products can be used for recreation or survival. "I also want to encourage people who have a connection to the military to participate in the blog," added Stewart.
While Stewart has oriented his website towards military personnel and veterans, he also wants the website to be all inclusive. "Whether having served in the armed forces or not, the hunting and camping gear I offer is for everyone," said Stewart.
Though his website offers several thousand products, Stewart hopes to expand in the near future. "I want the website to continue to grow, because with hunting and camping gear, new technologies are developing all the time, and it's important that I continue to offer the best."
