The Palace Management Group's newly redesigned corporate website has been transformed to reflect the exceptional lifestyle of its communities and incorporates high levels of user experience that residents and families have come to expect at these high end assisted living facilities in Miami Florida.
The new website features a Flash™ based map where visitors can quickly locate and browse through the various communities. Each community has a dedicated section on the site that contains a detailed description, a breakdown of amenities and services and rich multimedia content such as enhanced photos and videos.
For example, The Palace Suites section contains a unique 'move in' calculator titled 'Compare the Value', which offers a user-friendly tool for seniors and their families, to compare the cost of living at The Palace Suites vs. their current costs of staying at home.

The new site's features include:
'Ask Helen' - an award winning column which is published monthly in Miami-area newspapers, written by Helen Shaham, owner of The Palace. The articles focus on issues of interest to seniors and their adult children.
Event Reservation system - The Palace sponsors events for seniors throughout the year at the various Palace locations. To enhance its user experience, the website features an online event reservation section where guests can reserve seats in a single click.
Online Job Application - The job application process was redesigned to simplify the user experience in order to meet the needs of The Palace group which employes almost 2,000 employees and receives hundreds of job applications every day.
