myStaffingPro, a leading applicant tracking system, has enhanced their popular Hiring Manager Quick Response (HMQR) module with new scheduling capabilities. The module enables HR professionals to seamlessly request and receive feedback on applicants, and allows the hiring manager to manage interview scheduling.

An innovative, easy-to-use interface removes the training barrier that typically prevents hiring managers from using applicant tracking. It enables hiring mangers to review the applicant’s information, and immediately submit feedback without logging into myStaffingPro.

The HMQR module features a request form, feedback request, web-based hiring manager portal, and a scheduling tool to create interview appointments. Recruiters can configure the feedback request by selecting the desired hiring manager(s), response due date, and applicant attachment(s). The requests are then sent via email or text message to the hiring manager with a link to the portal. The portal provides the hiring manager with immediate access to review applicant and requisition information and submit their feedback. If desired, the hiring manager can also create appointment times and ask the applicant to schedule an interview for one of the slots. The hiring manager’s feedback is immediately tied to the applicant’s file and is accessible in myStaffingPro. Meanwhile, the requestor is sent continuous updates on the progress of their request. The result is a streamlined process
that improves response rates and requires no training.
