This joint venture will provide a powerful, hosted service desk and ticket management system that IT staff can use to manage internal IT service issues. The system gives an internal IT team a fully integrated platform for accepting, triaging, assigning, and resolving service issues. It also gives employees a simple, web-interface for submitting those issues and tracking their progress.

The partnership with the AutoTask ticketing system provides the unique ability to seamlessly integrate with CTS as an external service provider. This co-managed service desk functionality can augment staff that may lack particular expertise, are on vacation, or are generally tied up with other tasks and need someone to help from time to time.
