ABOUT THE COMPANY

Wellstone Filters, Inc. has developed and patented a "Reduced Exposure Product" cigarette filter that reduces toxins and carcinogens without compromising taste. With over a decade of research and development, Wellstone is the only company specializing in Reduced Filter Products poised for new FDA oversight of Tobacco products.

The Wellstone filter is composed of the same material as standard cigarette filters, with a natural compound added, that chemically attracts harmful elements present in cigarette smoke without compromising taste. The filter works chemically as well as mechanically. Significantly, the filter does not adversely affect taste.

The filter technology has undergone several tests for efficacy including official FTC testing. Wellstone believes these tests can satisfy the new FDA requirements for marketing under the 2009 tobacco legislation.

With the combined strength of its globally patented filter technology and its low cost, Wellstone is uniquely prepared to work with the FDA as it strives to create a more responsible cigarette while keeping the experience and taste as enjoyable as possible.
