On Monday, Aug. 3, Palari Publishing launches Richmond Grid, a new kind of magazine that provides dynamic content that works together in print and online.

based Palari Publishing announces the debut of a new type of magazine and online companion website called Richmond Grid and RichmondGrid.com (http://www.RichmondGrid.com) which takes a unique approach to providing dynamic consumer content. To celebrate, Palari is hosting an open house at Savor Restaurant (201 West 7th Street, Richmond) from 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Monday, August 3.

With the explosive growth of social media, publisher Ted Randler created a print and online method of providing fun, vibrant regional information to readers. Not only will articles from the magazine appear online, in the print version of Richmond Grid readers will find social media tags for articles where the subject and/or writer have a social media account. These tags will be "live" online so readers can instantly connect with the people in the magazine.

"This type of synergy makes the most of the social media explosion," says publisher Ted Randler, "and gives readers the ability to either take the content with them in the form of a magazine, or jump online at their convenience."

Palari Publishing was established in 1998 and is a traditional book and magazine publishing company headquartered in Richmond, VA. They also publish SBQ: Sports Backers Quarterly magazine.
