GCM is participating in this conference due in part to the SBA-related agenda. According to the MALC website, the " Conference will be designed to bring you a greater understanding of the Recovery Act as well as the latest information from the SBA. All of the training events will cover recent changes in the SBA SOP in the 7A and 504 programs."
The MALC Conference will begin Monday afternoon with a networking Opening Reception. Granite Commercial Management will be located in the exhibit hall at the 2009 MALC Conference and will be on hand to discuss SBA inspection services and funds administration.
According to the MALC website, "The MALC attracts lenders and service-providers from all over the nation. The core states in Region VI are Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Arkansas. But we are inviting SBA Districts and Regional Staff from throughout the country. We hope they bring many of their staff with them. This Conference was the first of its kind, is the longest running and the most respected in the nation. We will have key speakers from the SBA, lending industry and other key government officials."
