Knouen OfficeSync for Siebel CRM, securely and seamlessly integrates Siebel CRM with Microsoft Outlook, and provides Laerdal an easier to use and friendlier interface to Siebel through one of the most widely used productivity applications, Outlook. By allowing its territory managers, inside sales, field service engineers and education trainers to input key customer data using Outlook rather than Siebel, Laerdal will be better able to capture timely and accurate sales funnel and forecast data.
