http://www.forthepeaceofjerusalem.com was recently launched. The site was designed as resource for Christians, Messianic Jews, and anyone interested in the seeing and promoting peace in Jerusalem. The author of the site, Bishop Gregory Stevenson, of the River Church of God, sets out to educate and inform people about the biblical mandate to pray for the peace of Jerusalem.
The site covers topics such as: Why Pray for Jerusalem, What is Intercession, and The Divine Library. Along with the aforementioned articles by Bishop Stevenson, the site also contains resources of interest such as: Breaking News from Israel, a Photo Gallery of Images from Jerusalem, a Map of Jerusalem, an Audio Bible, and more.
One of the site's objectives is to help create a residence in Jerusalem where intercessors and people dedicated to intercessory prayer can stay while visiting the holy sites in Jerusalem. This is a project of Bishop Greg Stevenson, who has been to Jerusalem many times to fulfill prayer mandates over the last 26 years.
