The Khoshbin Company, Inc. has formed its 3rd private fund "The Khoshbin Opportunity Fund LLC" which will seek to raise $10,000,000 to acquire distressed office buildings in Houston TX as Mr. Khoshbin sees the market will offer tremendous opportunities in the next 12-18 months given the lack of financing and higher vacancies. "Many of the buildings I sold 2 years ago has either defaulted on their loans or is in distress hence creating a huge buying opportunity in the coming months and we are getting ready to expand our presence in Houston" said Mr. Khoshbin.
