Falls Church, VA -- The Google Seminars for Success program is a series of local, educational training sessions that are held across the United States and Canada in an effort to teach best practices to advertisers who use Google's online advertising platform, AdWords, for pay-per-click and contextual marketing.

Brad Geddes, founder of bg Theory, has been hosting the Advanced AdWords track of the seminar series since the program's inception in 2006. To date, he has educated over 3,000 marketing professionals about advanced pay-per-click techniques, encompassing more than 24, 000 hours of training.

Over the past decade, Brad Geddes has:

  •     Spoken at more than 100 events
  •     Clocked more than 500 hours of public speaking experience
  •     Helped developed cutting edge marketing products that served more than 40,000 customers with RH Donnelley
  •     Worked in the fields of affiliate marketing, search engine optimization, usability testing, and conversion analysis

When asked about his experience, Brad states, "I love watching companies succeed. The AdWords seminars have given me the opportunity to help companies stop just spending money, and instead measure their returns and focus on increasing their profits."

The 301: Advanced Account Optimization is a full-day seminar that covers topics such as best practices, quality score, geographic targeting, and advanced optimization techniques to help advertisers organize and manage their accounts.

The 302: Advanced Conversion Optimization, also a day-long event, dives into in-depth bidding and testing strategies that shows advertisers how to get the maximum return on their investment using the AdWords platform.

The advanced series has received positive feedback since its start and continues to grow in demand. Past attendees have commented on the value of the in-person seminars, such as Takahito Sumi, who flew from Japan earlier this year to attend both the 301 and 302 courses, and claims, "It was worth every penny."

Back home in the states, the Assistant eCommerce Manager for the Dallas Cowboys said, "I flew down to your conference in Houston not really having any expectations on what I was going to learn in a one day seminar over something that has "paralysis by analysis" written all over it like AdWords. However, I feel afterwards, it was one of the most positive and understandable conferences that I have ever attended."

Not everyone needs to fly across the country to attend a seminar. The seminars are hosted across North America year round. The upcoming schedule is as follows:
