The National Council on Family Relations (NCFR), founded in 1938, is the oldest, multi-disciplinary non-partisan professional organization focused solely on family research, practice and education. As a smaller association, with a tightly focused staff of 12, NCFR needed a prudent approach to implementing an association management system that would spur growth while using limited funds wisely.
