Providence, RI (PRWEB) August 10, 2009
With offers of an iPhone, Dom Perignon Champagne, and Godiva Chocolates, Chris Healy, a Providence Realtor with Coldwell Banker, is determined to get his homes exposed to the most homebuyers possible. Who gets these prizes? According to Chris, other Realtors who show up at his self-proclaimed
REALTOR APPRECIATION DAY.
On August 11, from 4 - 6 PM, at an antique farmhouse circa 1760, Chris is hosting his first REALTORS APPRECIATION DAY. Potential homebuyers are not even being invited! Instead, Chris is extending the invitation to tour the property to BUYERS AGENTS across RI to give them an opportunity to tour this unique home without clients in tow. Chris understands that the typical homebuyer may buy a home once every 7 - 10 years. A BUYER'S AGENT can be instrumental in the purchase of 20 or more homes yearly. Making the connect between available property and the agents who recommend homes to their home buying clients is the key to securing a sale. Chris hopes that with the offer of a little swag he can entice BUYER'S AGENTS to come and view a unique property that may have been overlooked in an overabundance of homes for sale in Rhode Island.
Chris Healy works out of the Coldwell Banker Real Estate Office on the East Side of Providence. He has been selling real estate in the Providence area for the past five years. Prior to real estate sales, Chris was the owner and marketing director for a RI based manufacturing firm--where he needed to be creative to effectively compete for market share against overseas manufacturers. Chris says that successfully competing for homebuyers in a slow real estate market is only a matter of maintaining a positive perspective, and working creatively to get his client's homes sold quickly and for the highest possible price.
