Vantage Learning, a pioneer in providing Software as a Service (SaaS) to K12 schools and districts, today announced that it has acquired DigitalSports, the leading source of information about local high school sports and activities, and the provider to coaches and administrators of high quality tools to help them run their teams and programs, including LeagueMinder, Dufflebag, and DigitalSports 360°.

DigitalSports, LeagueMinder, and will remain operating brands and web properties of Vantage Learning, adding over 3,000 K-12 schools and clubs nationwide using Vantage programs to support district outcomes.

DigitalSports sites combine professional and user/fan-generated content submissions to provide comprehensive coverage of all aspects of high school sports, from scores and statistics to videos of the winning play to inspirational stories of successful players and coaches.

LeagueMinder is a comprehensive and user-friendly web based athletic management tool that enables athletic directors to streamline scheduling, eliminate conflicts, and communicate instantly. With LeagueMinder, schedules, contracts, and eligibility forms are processed and exchanged automatically in a paperless environment.
