Horizon Display and USSI Agree to Terms on an Authorized Service Agreement for Large Touch Screen Displays -- Agreement Enhances Horizon's Position as a Customer Centric Organization

In order to rapidly meet the service demand of their customer base, Horizon Display has partnered with USSI, to make them their Authorized Service Provider. The partnership enables Horizon Display to offer 24/7 hardware support, on top of their on-line and phone-in technical support.

In order to rapidly meet the service demand of their customer base, Horizon Display has partnered with USSI, to make them their Authorized Service Provider. USSI offers best in class service coverage with over 400 offices within the United States with 3 to 9 installers per location. With their wide coverage area USSI can be on site anywhere in the U.S. within 24 hours.

The partnership enables Horizon Display to offer 24/7 hardware support, on top of their on-line and phone-in technical support. In addition to post-purchase maintenance, the agreement calls for design and implementation services of Horizon's large touch screen displays. Horizon will continue to conduct repair on the touch screens, and USSI will be responsible for repair of all OEM display products.

Last month Horizon Display signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Ingram Micro, and is now a vendor in Ingram's rapidly growing Digital Signage Division. Ingram and USSI have a long standing relationship. These two agreements allow for end-to-end solutions in the purveyance of large touch screen products into the interactive digital signage market.
