McCasker brings 13 years of executive management experience in emerging growth software and SaaS companies, including Spectrum K12 Solutions, B2eMarkets and Landmark Systems. In his role, McCasker will lead all technical production and oversee Fishbowl's technology platform.

Before Maximus, McCasker was the Executive Vice President of Software Engineering and Professional Services at Spectrum K12 School Solutions, which grew to become the premier provider of Special Education solutions under his technology leadership. He has also served as Vice President of Engineering at B2eMarkets, a pioneer in Software-as-a-Service Strategic Sourcing, and Vice President of Engineering at Landmark Systems, where he was part of the leadership team that launched a successful IPO.
