Dale Richardson, a 20 year commercial real estate broker, has joined Lackman Commercial Group, PLLC. Richardson has 20+ years of real estate experience in commercial leasing, facilities management and construction management.
Prior to joining Lackman Commercial Group, Richardson sold and leased commercial office space with Ashwill-Burke, was Vice President, Office Properties Group for Rubloff, Inc., San Francisco, and managed Specialized Investment Sales, site acquisitions, and pre-leasing for new office building sites for Wiseman & Sheldon.
He also has previous experience in the oil and gas industry with Shell, the technology industry with AT&T, and the medical products industry with Johnson and Johnson.
Lackman Commercial Group is the largest commercial team within the newly formed KW Commercial division of Keller Williams Realty. Lackman team members have experience in accounting, banking, architecture, construction, zoning, law and other disciplines critical to commercial real estate success.
