Hollywood, CA (PRWEB) August 12, 2009
BlackPeopleMeet.com and The Steve Harvey Morning Show today launched new features for the popular Radio Date™ - adding video and audio to a segment that already merges radio with Internet dating in a creative and interactive take on dating game shows of the past.
Radio Date gives black singles a chance to be featured on The Steve Harvey Morning Show and win a date with a potential match from BlackPeopleMeet.com.
The first date to include the new video and audio features occurred in Chicago. It was the first time video of the date itself, and audio of the radio segments, were made available to the audience via the website at http://www.blackpeoplemeet.com/steve-harvey.
Since its debut in January, the Radio Date segment has resulted in successful dates nine out of 14 times, according to the recap from the participants after the fact. So far the segment has visited Miami, Dallas, Washington D.C., Tampa, Fla., New York City, Chicago, Atlanta, Orlando, Detroit, New Orleans, Charlotte, N.C. and Philadelphia. Selection for the next city - Dallas - will happen on August 19.
