Research Reveals that Image Converter Plus Provides the Most Complete Support for the TIFF Format
fCoder Group Inc has published research that focuses on support for the TIFF format in popular image viewers and image converters.

The main concentration of the application for this format is its ability to archive documents and images due to its lossless compression features, ability to save images in different color spaces, as well as its capability to store detailed satellite metadata. Ultimately, the research revealed that the most complete support for the TIFF format was provided by Image Converter Plus (69.13%) followed by XnView (55.55%).
Dmitry Moshkin, chief researcher for fCoder Research Lab, said, "It was very interesting to compare our graphics engine--the heart of Image Converter Plus--with other programs. Of course we are glad that we've proven to be the first, but still we have room to grow."
