Safety Management Group Named to INC. 5000 Listing

The nationally recognized safety consulting firm makes the listing for the third year straight.

Safety Management Group, one of the largest independent safety consulting firms in the United States has been included in Inc. Magazine's ranking of the 5000 fastest-growing companies in the nation for the third year in a row. Safety Management Group was ranked 3,678 in the listing.

The Inc. 5000, an extension of Inc. magazine's annual Inc. 500 list, is targeted to recognize the many businesses that are too big to grow at the pace required to make the Inc. 500.

The 2009 Inc. 5000 list measures revenue growth from 2005 through 2008. To qualify, companies has to be U.S.-based, privately held independent - not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies - as of December 31, 2008 and have at least $600,000 in net sales in the base year.
