We are extremely proud to be recognized for our hard work as not only the top financial services company, but as the second fastest growing private company in the entire nation. It speaks to the strong infrastructure we have built and to the adaptability of our company to act quickly and ethically when our country is facing a tough economic climate. NRP will continue to grow in 2009.

Why is it good to be a part of team NRP? One reason is that Inc. Magazine released its annual list of the fastest growing private companies in the nation and ranked National Retirement Partners ("NRP") No. 2 on its 28th annual Inc. 500 list. The company also ranked number one under the financial services category.

The list is the most comprehensive look at one of the most important segments of the economy - America's independent-minded entrepreneurs. Hundreds of successful U.S. companies such as Oracle and Intuit gained early exposure as members of the Inc. 500.

National Retirement Partners achieved its rank on the Inc. 500 list based on significant growth year over year. In its second year in a row on the Inc. 500 list, NRP rose from the number 97 slot in 2008 to the number 2 slot this year, again showcasing the company's organic and acquisition expansion.

NRP President and CEO Bill Chetney comments, "NRP was built on a strong foundation with an innovative business model which has allowed us, a financial services company, to flourish in an economy which is seeing others fall left and right. We have been able to capitalize on the massive fluctuations in this market and add human capital to our team, which has resulted in substantial growth for our company."

Founded in 2003, National Retirement Partners is a respected leader in the retirement industry. Reporting revenue of $47.4 million in 2008, NRP is dedicated to building the largest network of independent advisors who deliver superior products and services to retirement plan sponsors and participants. NRP Member Firms provide advisory services for over 6,000 retirement plans with assets in excess of $48 billion. NRP has over 150 member firm offices in over 39 states comprised of independent advisors that provide plan consulting, fiduciary best practices and investment due diligence to retirement plan sponsors and their participants as well as comprehensive wealth management tools.

Continued Chetney, "We are extremely proud to be recognized for our hard work as not only the top financial services company, but as the second fastest growing private company in the entire nation. It speaks to the strong infrastructure we have built and to the adaptability of our company to act quickly and ethically when our country is facing a tough economic climate. NRP will continue to grow in 2009."

The 2009 Inc. 500 list measures revenue growth from 2005 through 2008. To qualify, companies must be independent, U.S.-based and privately held as of December 31, 2008. For more information or to view NRP's ranking, please visit the Inc. 500 Web site at http://tinyurl.com/qxhj32.
