More exciting is the fact that our customers have almost instantly started making improvements from using the service. That means happier customers AND healthier profits.

Consumer Intelligence (CI), has won the Outstanding Innovation award from the Best Business Awards. The award, which recognises the company's new RealityCheck service, is the second recent award for CI, after having been named one of the Most Innovative companies in Europe at the New York International Business Awards, known as the Stevie's.
The RealityCheck service has been designed to help companies improve the service they give to customers and it includes a number of highly innovative ways of collecting and analysing data.
The service was created when CI realized that Companies spend millions on advertising and marketing, only to lose the plot in their call centres. The new service allows companies to see the world through the eyes of their customers and see how much more profitable they could be from giving better service.
"We are ecstatic with this award, it is a testimony to the hard work and effort the team have put in to creating the service," says Ian Hughes, Managing Director at Consumer Intelligence. "More exciting is the fact that our customers have almost instantly started making improvements from using the service. That means happier customers AND healthier profits."
Commenting on Consumer Intelligence's award win for Outstanding Innovation, the Chair of Judges at the Best Business Awards said: "Consumer Intelligence has clearly identified a niche market and successfully positioned itself as a market leader by developing services that meet a specific need across the insurance sector. The company's RealityCheck solution is a shining example of a service that has been well built, well marketed and well executed. This coupled with other cutting edge services like Panel Optimiser and Online, Real Time demonstrate that Consumer Intelligence is an innovative company that can also deliver in terms of customer service and price which are two vital areas that are often neglected by other companies when innovating."
