Sun Tan City, a leader in the indoor sun tanning industry, launched an on-site Live Chat function on its website at the beginning of August. Located in the top right-hand corner of the Sun Tan City website, this function expands the customer service presence.

The Live Chat will be available Monday-Friday 8:00 am- 9:00 pm and Saturday-Sunday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. After hours, the chat function automatically rolls over to allow clients to email Sun Tan City's Customer Service Department.
