Reichel & Drews of Itasca, Illinois introduces revolutionary new modified bitumen roofing production process known as System 3000.

System 3000 is a new and innovative production process with integrated cooling belt technology that has been developed based on decades of experience with traditional modified membrane production systems.

With its simple and intuitive modular design, System 3000 offers the possibility to plan production lines individually according to the required capacity and product needs. System 3000 can be used for the production of all bituminous roofing membranes including traditional single coating compound membranes, dual compound coating membranes or advanced composite bitumen membranes having multiple layers of different coating types and several layers of reinforcement. The system can also produce carrier-less membranes used in foundation and bridge deck waterproofing.

Throughout its 105 years of history Reichel & Drews has established a reputation for providing superb customer service and innovative design production systems used to manufacture bitumen roofing membranes and shingle products. Headquartered in the Chicago area, with additional offices in China and Germany the company provides machinery and support services to customers on five continents.
