Sergeant Laboratories, Inc., established in 1991, is a privately-held company that specializes in the design and development of business intelligence software for the purpose of collecting, analyzing and reporting workstation and network utilization, compliance, security and forensic data. The company's software benefits customers by decreasing their total cost of ownership and cyber liability risk as well as improving their competitive advantage, application utilization and user productivity.

Customers who have implemented the company's AristotleTM or Aristotle AcademicTM solutions have realized tangible, bottom line results by legitimizing and proving compliance with policies and software licensing, equipping managers and IT departments with real-time notification of non-acceptable computer and application use, improving user productivity by eliminating cyber slacking, removing much of the guesswork when making new IT hardware and/or software purchases, and arming those who need forensic data to enforce business computing policies from within their business and/or as part of a litigation process.
