Perfect Credit Group (http://www.perfectcreditgroup.org ) is excited to announce the release of the first blogosphere network for socially responsible Americans. PCG is a non-profit organization which allows its users to post their credit scores, when above 800, online. Perfect Credit Group is a global leader in providing information, analytical tools and blogging services to consumers who possess a credit score (FICO) in excess of 800. According to Fair Isaac Corporation, less than 10% of all Americans fit into this elite group of individuals.
PCG is searching for consumers who have achieved the perfect score. "Earning a credit score of 850 is a major accomplishment. There is only a very small handful people in America who reach this milestone," said Joseph Isaacs, Executive Director of PerfectCreditGroup.org. "We want to recognize consumers who have managed their credit responsibly over the years and help others learn from their example. To reach 850, you have to build up a history of sensible credit and debt use over many years," said Isaacs.
"PCG feels those individuals should be rewarded for a lifetime of fiscal responsibility and not penalized by reduced credit limits, cancelled accounts or reduced scores. Each of these individuals has a story to tell about the positive or negative effects that the recession is having on their scores and credit limits. We, at Perfect Credit Group, want to hear those stories and allow them to be shared with others in this niche group. It also may act as a motivator for others to work more diligently on improving their score."
Perfect Credit Group is not
1. A credit bureau
2. A credit counseling service
3. A credit repair service
4. An issuer of credit
5. Affiliated with any bank, credit bureau, the Federal government, or any other State credit agencies.
PCG allows its users to comment on top stories, create blogs and interact with each other through its "Friends Network". Registered users can upload images, create a profile, make friends and chat with one another in a similar fashions to MySpace, Facebook or Twitter.
"We hear so much today about rising unemployment, financial risk taking and credit defaults, but nothing about the elite group of Americans whom are financially responsible," says Joseph Isaacs, Executive Director of PCG. "We designed this blogosphere to find out how appreciated those with a perfect credit score were in today's recession. Do they really get better deals on credit or are their scores inadvertently being penalized along with everyone else," he adds.
PCG wants to hear from anyone with a FICO (credit score) over 800. Additionally PCG seeks to create an interactive network for anyone with a verifiable 850 FICO score. "Is it actually a reality to achieve an 850 score, or is at just an arbitrary number created by the credit bureaus?" asks Bill Klein, director of marketing for PCG. "PCG will reward one of those individuals who has an 850 score, in 2010, with a cruise to the Bahamas," he adds.
