The new release provides advanced email and notification features for streamlining onboarding processes, easing the administrative workload on hiring managers and improving new-hire engagement.

The new email notification agent allows users to:

  •     Set up automated email notifications to be triggered according to data criteria collected in the database – such as an incomplete I-9 form that is at risk, or upon approval of workflow.
  •     Use flexible options to schedule the notifications engine to routinely scan for records which meet the data criteria, and then send email notifications to designated recipients, with additional cc: recipients as necessary.
  •     Specify which notifications will give individual recipients the option to opt-out.
  •     Specify which notifications get logged to monitor success/failure.
