LRS Federal Awarded 5-Year Homeland Security Contract

LRS Federal, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned (SDVO) engineering and consulting company, was awarded a five-year contract by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to provide Technical Services under the Program Management, Administrative, Clerical and Technical Services (PACTS) multiple-award suite of indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity contracts. The ceiling value for the IDIQ contract is $1.5B and is available for worldwide use by all DHS offices.

LRS Federal, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned engineering and consulting company, was awarded a five-year contract by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to provide Technical Services under the Program Management, Administrative, Clerical and Technical Services (PACTS) multiple-award suite of indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity contracts. The PACTS contract has a potential period of performance of five years with a maximum value of $1.5B (across all PACTS vendors) and will support DHS on a worldwide basis. The broad scope of services to be provided include all aspects of engineering design and development, preparation of feasibility studies, preparation of preliminary and final plans and designs, provision of technical services during the construction or installation phases, inspection and evaluation of engineering projects and related services.

The engineering and technical services to be performed under this contract will be available for use by all offices of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. LRS Federal will compete for work with other PACTS vendors and will provide the engineers, scientists, project managers, regulatory experts, subject matter experts and other technical support required to address the diverse and complex DHS mission objectives within the United States as well as Outside the Continental United States.
