New partnership leverages companies' strengths for enhanced customer experience.

The agreement combines the synergies of Viable's strong community relations and innovative technology with Snap!VRS's influential business operations leadership to form a stronger corporate entity to serve the deaf and hard of hearing communities.
The companies reached agreement Friday and are currently collaborating on the transition toward an improved deaf-centric telecommunications experience for the combined customer base. This relationship will prove advantageous for not only customers, but for community and business partners who have come to know Viable as a leader in the VRS industry.

Mandated by Title IV of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, telecommunications relay services (TRS) enables individuals with hearing or speech disabilities to achieve functional equivalence by accessing telephone systems to place or receive calls through an intermediary known as a relay operator or relay interpreter.
