Participants in the Leadership Division are coached to expand their vision of success to encompass leadership and service, and to cultivate their strengths to achieve their goals. Areas of focus include image management and branding, facilitation and management techniques, fund development and corporate finance, and self-actualization and identity supremacy. "It is a wonderful experience," states Faye Fields, 2009 graduate and attorney in Stone Mountain. "You are constantly motivated by successful women who encourage you to live your dream and work to make it a reality."

ELI is a leadership training and development organization dedicated to the Total Empowerment of Women Everywhere®. Comprised of five core divisions, participants learn critical skills necessary to succeed in every setting. Each division is led and courses facilitated by professionals who have demonstrated success in their fields and areas of expertise. Each person has committed him - and herself to cultivating the full potential of each ELI participant. "You are the finished product," states Angie Shields, a 2009 graduate and Educator in Grayson.
