We are pleased to continue our record of innovation by launching the first instant email review posting service.
San Francisco, CA (PRWEB) August 21, 2009
RateItAll (http://www.rateitall.com)] the fun and social way to find and share opinions on any topic, today announced a new feature designed to make posting a review as easy as sending an email.
Simply by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org people are now able to post their review of any product or business - instantly. There is no registration required, no need to learn the intricacies of a new website, and no waiting for your review to be approved. Within minutes of sending a review to email@example.com, an automated response is sent back containing a link to see your review. It's that easy.
The email subject line contains what the review is about (District 9, iPhone 3gs, Barack Obama, etc.), and the body of the email contains the rating (e.g. five stars!) and review. More information can be found on the FAQ page.
"RateItAll has introduced a number of major innovations to the consumer review space such as revenue sharing, an open API, the newsfeed format, and read / write rating widgets," said RateItAll CEO Lawrence Coburn. "We are pleased to continue our record of innovation by launching the first instant email review posting service."
Based in San Francisco, RateItAll (http://www.rateitall.com) is a consumer review network where visitors can find and share reviews on virtually any topic. All of the site's content is available for syndication via widgets and an API (api.rateitall.com), and RateItAll members share in the advertising revenue associated with their reviews. RateItAll's mission is to power the exchange of the world's opinions.
