Holy Fire Publishing (http://www.christianpublish.com), releases Seeking and Finding the Special Helpmate (Paperback, US$15.00, ISBN: 978-1-60383-215-1). Humphrey Epie's book teaches a back-to-the-basics process to find your mate God's way.
The divorce process can be initiated online in less than 3 minutes today; according to the Ministry of Justice, more than 300 hundred thousand divorce petitions were filed between 2006 and 2007 in the UK, alone. Marriages fail because most people focus on the physical aspects and neglect the spiritual side of marriage, which is the bedrock of human relationships. Seeking and Finding the Perfect Mate is a "back-to-the basics" resource for those contemplating marriage, as well as for married couples, to establish their marriage on a spiritual foundation, to discover God's ultimate purpose for marriage, and to rediscover true love in the process.
"Seeking and Finding the Special Helpmate is intended to help those who, like the writer, found it difficult to find a helpmate, not because they were not available, but because he was seeking for that special one. In most churches, and in the world, there are generally more sisters than brothers; yet this does not make the task of choosing a helpmate any easier. This book was written to help those who are in the process of making a choice, whether they are male or female, to ponder each step carefully in prayer. It is also to encourage those who are waiting, to hold on, knowing God is faithful. For those who have made their choice and settled into marriage, I pray you will find encouragement to enjoy the Lord and each other. Sometimes, however, such words are more easily said than done. I am not pretending to be a marriage counselor. I am sharing my own experience in the hope that it will help others. I pray that you will find courage, guidance, comfort, and challenges as you read."--Humphrey Epie
"This book is stimulating and indeed of great value to the single brother or sister who might be dealing with singleness and the challenges of finding a wife or husband … What is refreshing about this book is that it is a balanced combination of biblical scholarship and practical experience, prophetic witness and pastoral wisdom, truthful testimony and courageous acceptance, love and compassion. It is an unpretentious attempt to help those who might be bordering on anxiousness to trust the Lord and his Word to guide them through to victory and a successful partnership."--Prophetess C.
