RealManage announced today that Sharlene Rhea, PCAM, branch manager of RealManage Houston, has recently joined the specialized group of community association managers who have earned the Large-Scale Manager (LSM) designation from Community Associations Institute (CAI). Rhea is one of only 50 managers nationwide who have earned this specialized level of professional recognition in the community association field. She has worked with RealManage in its Houston branch for the past four years, having joined RealManage as a Senior Community Association Manager and has been promoted through the ranks of Director of Community Association Managers and Branch Manager.
To earn the specialized LSM designation, managers must have 10 years of experience in community association management and complete more than 100 hours of course work. They must also have earned the industry's highest designation, that of Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM). Continuing education and adherence to a code of ethics are also required.
