Insurance professionals, CPAs, attorneys and business owners are among those who will benefit by attending. "This case study will outline and discuss an issue that a large percentage of small, closely held business will address at some time in the company's history" said, Linda Donegan, Program Chair.

A panel of experts including, Bob Grieb of Cohen and Grieb, CPA's, Steve Dahlquist, CLU, ChFC, Dahlquist and Assoicates and Ed McGinty, Attorney, of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP will present a case study and discuss possible solutions for this all too common small business issue. There is not one answer for this type of problem. It takes a team to understand and address the intricacies of these types of problems." said Donegan.
