Houston Putnam Lowry, a Meriden, Connecticut attorney was re-appointed by the American Bar Association as their representative to the United Nations in New York.

Houston Putnam Lowry was reappointed by the American Bar Association ("ABA") as one of their representatives to the United Nations Economic and Social Council ("ECOSOC"). Attorney Lowry has represented the ABA and a variety of other organizations at the United Nations for many years.
