Local Software Company Finds Funding and Ample Opportunity

In the midst of an the economic down turn, Carmel based company was able to secure angel funding and develop new business from companies around the world.

In March of 2009 FTPhosting.net, later named SmartFile, was able to secure funding from an unlikely source, a customer. With a short business plan and a rapid development schedule this newly assembled team has developed a file sharing program that has enabled businesses to easily connect people to files.

SmartFile has released it's third version of their software and is on-coarse for securing over 1000 new customers by years end. Along with adding such companies such as Roche Diagnostics, General Mills, Yahoo, and EA Sports, SmartFile has also secured customers in over 15 countries. This virtual business has virtually broken all of the rules during this economic decline.
