New point-based incentive program to be launched in coming weeks that will encourage positive feedback and reward employees and field technicians who demonstrate top notch customer service.

In a service company the rare piece of negative feedback can sometimes overshadow the multitude of positives that happen day in and day out. The Way-To-Go! program will provide customers, internal staff, and technicians an avenue through which they may communicate positive feedback regarding top individuals and will also serve to encourage higher levels of customer service and performance.

Endeavor Telecom, The Telecom Truck Roll Company for carriers, service providers, VARs, and equipment manufacturers, today announced the launching of the Way-To-Go! program in the coming weeks, through which top performing staff members and Field Engineers will be awarded points that can be accrued and redeemed for a variety of prizes.

The program, which will be administered via ESP (Endeavor Service Portal), Endeavor's online dispatch management system, will provide each individual who has ESP access - which includes customer employees, internal Endeavor staff, and Field Engineers - with at least 2 awards of varying point values (ranging from 250 to 1,000 points) each month which they can bestow upon recipients of their choosing.

Customer employees can opt to give their monthly awards to Endeavor staff members or field engineers who exemplified top notch service. Internal staff will select field engineers as recipients of their awards, with management level staff having additional awards that can be given to internal staff. And finally, Endeavor field engineers will be able to select internal staff members they feel are deserving of recognition.

Endeavor staff and field engineers will then be able to track the points they have accrued from receiving Way-To-Go! awards by logging into ESP. These points can be redeemed for a variety of prizes such as gift certificates, Endeavor merchandise, paid time off and tools. The form through which users select recipients for their monthly awards will likewise be utilized via ESP which will make it very easy for users to log-in and provide positive feedback with a few simple mouse clicks.

In addition to the standard monthly awards available for each ESP user to bestow upon recipients of their choosing, Endeavor management will also initiate special programs throughout the year to recognize special achievements. These may include special 1,000 point awards for highest number of dispatches scheduled or closure volume for internal staff or recognize completion of training programs or the acquisition of new certifications for field engineers.

"We're very excited about the program and the opportunity it will allow in recognizing the outstanding achievements of our diligent staff and hardworking field technicians," says Ernest Hatfield, Endeavor's Director of Customer Care. "In a service company the rare piece of negative feedback can sometimes overshadow the multitude of positives that happen day in and day out. The Way-To-Go! program will provide customers, internal staff, and technicians an avenue through which they may communicate positive feedback regarding top individuals and will also serve to encourage higher levels of customer service and performance."

Stay tuned in the coming weeks for additional announcements regarding the program launch date. ESP users will receive an email with additional instructions once the program begins.
