Procreate Inc. announces resolution of dispute with Apple Inc. regarding Procreate's U.S. trademark application for "Podium", the brand name of its leading line of desktop stands for Apple's iPhone and iPod touch.

Procreate Inc., maker of the Podium line of desktop stands for Apple Inc.'s iPhone and iPod touch, reports that the dispute regarding its U.S. trademark applications for "Podium" and "Flypod" has been resolved. Procreate abandoned its U.S. trademark application for "Flypod" (Serial No. 77/562,969) and Apple did not file an opposition to Procreate's U.S. trademark application for "Podium" (Serial No. 77/562,967). Procreate will continue to sell its Podium brand stands at http://www.podiumrevolution.com.

Procreate's founder and CEO, Scott Baumann, states that he's "pleased to have the dispute regarding Procreate's trademark applications put to rest.
