The regional award winner will be announced on October 14 at this year's SBC Gala Luncheon at the Rochester Riverside Convention Center. The awards program recognizes individuals in the small business community who have demonstrated success in both civic and professional areas.

Valentine founded Callfinity in 1999 in Boston, Massachusetts, but moved its headquarters to Rochester, New York in 2005 because it was easier to find talented employees and labor costs were nearly 30% lower than other major metropolitan areas. Callfinity has been cash flow positive since 2003, and has recently grown top-line revenue 69% in 2006, 61% in 2007, and 84% in 2008. "We're expecting between 50% and 100% growth in 2009 as well," said Valentine.
