Qosmos today announced the appointment of Gilles d'Aramon as the company's Vice President of Americas Sales and Global Business Development. In his new role, d'Aramon will develop and execute go-to-market plans targeting key Network Equipment Providers, Independent Software Vendors and Systems Integrators in the telecom and government market segments to integrate Qosmos Network Intelligence technology into their solutions.

d'Aramon brings two decades of experience in the networking and semiconductor industries, spending the last 13 years at Cisco France, where he served as Board Member and was most recently Sales Director of the company's Enterprise Group. In that capacity, he increased the Advanced Technology division's account penetration by 30%. As Sales Director for Industry France and Global Accounts, he grew local sales by 30% and global sales by over 50% in three years. Prior to that, as sales manager to Cisco France's Public Sector accounts, he was responsible for sales growth of over 200% in five years. D'Aramon holds an engineering degree in Physics from Grenoble Institute of Technology and a combined MBA from HEC Business School and the University of California at Los Angeles.
