FRWD will extend BrandInHand's strategic presence in the Midwest, most notably the Minneapolis and Chicago markets, thus providing clients direct contact with BrandInHand's mobile offering, including its consumer, analytical, strategic, and media planning expertise. In addition, BrandInHand will have access to FRWD's resources in digital media and sales channels. Together, the agencies will collaborate on research and develop new options for providing clients with custom programs.

Terms of the deal were undisclosed.
