Robert Rodriguez Jr is Hudson Valley's award winning professional landscape photographer specializing in the region's picturesque landscapes of water and land.

Hudson Valley's own Robert Rodriguez Jr announces the release of his 2010 "Light and Landscapes | Hudson Valley" wall calendar. Included are thirteen dramatic photographs combined with personal field notes about each location and experience. Whether from the water's edge or high on a mountain top, Robert uses his camera to bring a personal and intimate view of his "backyard". He masterly captures light, mood, and the seasons at their most dramatic moments.

Though Robert has released several calendars in the past, this is his first devoted entirely to the Hudson River Valley. "The new calendar is designed to bring people closer to nature and should make the perfect gift for anyone who loves the beauty of the Hudson Valley. It's the gift of nature, " comments Brenda M. De Leon, the studio manager. "It's been in the making for three years and we're extremely proud of both the effort and results."

According to Robert, "as a life-time Hudson Valley resident, my passion lies in nature's beauty, and its ability to touch our minds and souls. Exploring this amazing area has allowed me to discover not only majestic landscapes often taken for granted, but intimate moments in the changing mood and character of the region."

The calendar is $16.95 and can be purchased at local shops in Beacon and online at: http://www.robertrodriguezjr.com. Corporate orders are welcome - please call 888-425-4755.
