FIDI Publishes Its 2009/10 Yearbook and Pocket Guide on 100% Recycled Paper

Brussels, Belgium (PRWEB) September 9, 2009 -- While we have all heard about the 'paperless office' we also know that the activities of today's businesses still rely heavily on the printed page.

But one way to reduce individual and business impact on the environment is to extend the life cycle of consumables like paper by recycling it so it can be used again.

In its continued efforts to lead by example, FIDI this year printed its annual Yearbook and Pocket Guide on 100% recycled paper. This represents nearly half a million sheets of paper.

"It is our way of contributing to a global cause as more and more individuals, corporations and nations recognize the need for and the benefits of recycling," says FIDI's Managing Director Boris Populoh.
In addition, on its web page, FIDI offers its worldwide Affiliates a section entitled 'Green Matters'. Here it provides some simple tips to be more environmentally conscious and ways to transform ideas into action.

Boris adds: "While printing on recycled paper is a small step, it is a step in the right direction and if it leads others to take similar steps then we are all moving in the right direction".
