Fashrate.com is pleased to announce the launch of its new social networking site that provides fashion feedback for anyone who finds themselves in need of advice on what to buy while they are out shopping. Fashrate's mission is to help people make better decisions buying new outfits through the use of real-time fashion feedback from friends, family, and/or anyone. How does Fashrate work? It's very simple. Picture yourself at your favorite store with a pile of new clothes in the dressing room. You start trying on clothes and are having trouble picking which outfit looks best on you. You pick up your mobile phone and send a picture of yourself to Fashrate.com. Your picture is automatically sent to your friends, family, fans, and/or the Fashrate community for review. Within a few minutes you get an immediate response telling you whether or not they liked it. It's basically like having a shopping buddy wherever you go.
"Industry and celebrity fashion reviews are good but they don't give you an idea how these clothes will look on your body type" says Chris Weitenberner, creator of Fashrate. "Fashrate will build a knowledge-base of user submitted fashion pictures they can use to judge how the most popular styles could look on themselves. Shoppers can add meta data onto each of the photos such as skirt, boots, Gucci, Macy's, expensive, etc. to explain their fashion but also to help others find similar fashion articles. "
Fashrate also offers a fashion style blog which reports on up to the minute fashion news including what celebrities are wearing, where the best sales and deals can be found, what is hot and what you can forget about.
"Fashrate is a wonderful tool for anyone who finds themselves wandering around from store to store and never deciding on something to buy" says Elizabeth DelRicci, Fashrate style blog contributor.
Fashrate.com provides a brand new service so you can always get help to solve your fashion dilemmas no matter if you are in a retail store or at home.
