iDISC has received the EN-15038 certificate awarded to companies providing translation services, having successfully passed the audit carried out by TÜV Rheinland. This internationally recognized organization assessed factors such as linguistic quality, staff qualifications, client communication procedures, and technical resources of the company.
EN-15038 norm was established by the European Committee for Standardization (ECS) with the aim of providing clear quality criteria, both for companies providing translation services and their clients.
