Organization Metrics Inc. (OMI) is pleased to announce the hire of Richard S. Hauptle, a 24-year sales veteran in the human capital management and HR technology industry, as Senior Vice President, Sales. Hauptle's responsibilities for OMI will include global sales execution, as well as market expansion and penetration strategies.

"With his lengthy track record of sales and sales management experience in the HR and talent management industry, Richard has consistently built long-lasting client relationships and driven focused sales productivity across his teams," said Scott F. Hauptle's role is to establish OMI as the leading performance management solution for large global clients and create a sales force that is respected for its industry knowledge and customer service. Hauptle's previous work includes serving as Director of HRMS Sales for Salary.com, U.S. Sales Director for Meta4 and Vice President of Sales, Eastern Region, for Atlanta-based Empagio. Hauptle has also held highly successful sales positions at Convergys, ProBusiness, PeopleSoft and Ultimate Software. He began his career in ADP's Atlanta regional office in 1985.

Hauptle has successfully attained Rapport Leadership International's Master Graduate status. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Georgia State University.
