Organization Metrics Hires Human Capital Industry Veteran Richard S. Hauptle as Senior Vice President, Sales
Hauptle brings track record of sales productivity and long-lasting client relationships in the HR industry

Hauptle, a 24-year sales veteran in the human capital management and HR technology industry, as Senior Vice President, Sales. Hauptle's responsibilities for OMI will include global sales execution, as well as market expansion and penetration strategies.

Hauptle has also held highly successful sales positions at Convergys, ProBusiness, PeopleSoft and Ultimate Software. He began his career in ADP's Atlanta regional office in 1985.
Hauptle has successfully attained Rapport Leadership International's Master Graduate status. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Georgia State University.
