Education:
Taylor has an undergraduate degree in International Relations from St. Joseph's University and Master's degrees in Public Administration from Temple University and Central and Eastern European Studies from LaSalle University. He has done post-graduate work in Environmental Planning at Drexel University. He is a member of the American Society of Association Executives; the American Planning Association; the American Society of Safety Engineers; and is past president of the Delaware Valley Society of Association Executives. Taylor is current chairman of the ANSI A10.6 Committee on Demolition Operations.

The National Demolition Association is a non-profit trade organization representing more than 1,100 U.S. and Canadian companies and many international firms that are involved in the demolition process.
