LeDoux's background includes 20 years experience in K12 education network administration, network systems engineering and systems integration.

LeDoux is active in the community and is a longstanding member of the Midwest Education Technology Associates and Steering Committee. He also serves as the vendor expo coordinator for the Annual Brainstorm Educational Technology Conference and Expo. A husband and father of four children, he is the president-elect of the West Salem Youth Hockey Association and an active participant in his children's school and extracurricular activities.
LeDoux's past experience includes six years as the technology coordinator for the La Crescent-Hokah (MN) school district as well as service in the US Navy, where he was responsible for operating and maintaining computer-based combat systems that required "NATO Secret" security level clearance.
