Students have the opportunity to complete high-quality courses in the comfort of their own homes, offices or other wireless locations, making it possible to continue their education without spending time away from work, family or other obligations.
Charlotte, North Carolina (PRWEB) September 12, 2009
Students can now sign up for Nation Full Time Program (NFTP), a new online off-campus program that allows students ages 14 and older to take up to 16 courses online and earn a high school diploma based on their own schedule. Inspired by President Obama's "Back to School" speech, students who sign up by September 30, 2009 will receive a 50 percent discount on tuition rates.
Nation High School developed the Nation Full Time Program to help students continue their education with the help of grants. Students can complete their high school diploma or GED online at less than half the cost of regular tuition--a price of only $799 which includes study materials and student guidance. In addition to discount tuition rates, students can transfer to the new program at no charge. Whether they dropped out of high school due to personal or financial reasons, students can complete their education through NFTP by transferring their previous credits and completing the online program. Graduating students will receive accredited diplomas, official transcripts and education verification letters.
"We are proud to add this flexible and convenient online high school program to our list of affordable high school diploma programs," said Steve O'Neil, president of the school board. "Students have the opportunity to complete high-quality courses in the comfort of their own homes, offices or other wireless locations, making it possible to continue their education without spending time away from work, family or other obligations."
The new program includes up to 16 quality courses such as English, Geometry, Biology, Physics, Economics and World Religions. The Nation Full Time Program (NFTP) is one of three unique opportunities offered by Nation High School, allowing students to earn an accredited diploma or GED online. In addition to enrolling in the full-time program, students can also earn a diploma by taking a standard test through the Nation Test Program (NTP)) and on the basis of their prior learning experience through the Nation Prior Learning Assessment Program (NPLA).
